I was called as the Senior Pastor of Burlington Baptist Church in September of 2023.
I was born and raised in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and am a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands, Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and currently pursuing a doctorate at the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University.
I previously served as the pastor of First Baptist Church of Grayson. Prior to vocational ministry,I was in family and corporate banking for 10 years. I love deer hunting, smoking meat, and playing chess.
Lauren and I have been married for 10 years and have 4 children: Benjamin, Jonathan, Liliana, and Asher. We have a passion for foster care and adoption. We also love sports, movies, coffee, and reading.
